By accessing or using Pocketnori ("Service", "we", "our", or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
These Terms apply to all users, including visitors, free trial users, and paying subscribers.
Pocketnori is a SaaS platform that allows Instagram Business and Creator account holders to automate interactions on their Instagram accounts, including sending direct messages in response to comments, auto-replying to comments, and logging post data to external services such as Google Sheets. The Service operates via Instagram's official Graph API.
You must be at least 18 years of age and have the authority to agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself or your organisation. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements.
You must hold a valid Instagram Business or Creator account. Personal Instagram accounts are not supported by Instagram's API and are not compatible with this Service.
Plans and billing
Pocketnori offers a Monthly plan (₹99/month) and an Annual plan (₹999/year). Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Subscriptions begin on the date of purchase and renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or annually, depending on your plan) unless cancelled before the renewal date.
Free trial
If a free trial is offered, it will be clearly described at the time of sign-up. You will not be charged during the trial period. After the trial ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan unless you cancel beforehand.
Price changes
We reserve the right to change subscription prices. We will give you at least 30 days' notice of any price change by email. Continued use of the Service after the price change takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the new price.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by contacting us at privacy@pocketnori.com. No questions asked.
Upon cancellation, you will retain access to the Service until the end of your current billing period. We do not issue refunds for partial billing periods, except where required by applicable law.
After your subscription ends, your automation rules and account data will be retained for 30 days to allow for reactivation, after which they may be permanently deleted.
You agree to use Pocketnori only for lawful purposes and in compliance with Instagram's Platform Policy, Meta's Terms of Service, and all applicable laws and regulations. You must not use the Service to:
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately if we determine, at our sole discretion, that you have violated these acceptable use requirements.
You are solely responsible for the content of all automated messages, replies, and rules you configure within Pocketnori. You represent that you have the right to use any content included in your automations and that such content does not infringe the rights of any third party.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
All rights, title, and interest in and to the Service — including its software, design, trademarks, and content — are and remain the exclusive property of Pocketnori. These Terms do not grant you any right to use Pocketnori's name, logo, or trademarks without prior written consent.
The Service integrates with third-party platforms including Instagram (Meta), Google Sheets, and payment processors. Your use of those platforms is governed by their respective terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of any third-party service.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. We do not warrant that automations will execute at any specific time or that results will meet your expectations.
Instagram's API is subject to change, rate limits, and deprecation by Meta at any time. We are not responsible for any disruption to the Service caused by changes to Instagram's platform or policies.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, POCKETNORI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING UNDER THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Pocketnori and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or if continued operation poses a risk to Pocketnori or other users. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by email at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.
