- Your Instagram Business or Creator account ID and username, obtained through Instagram's

- Instagram post metadata (post IDs, captions, timestamps) required to run your automations.
- Comment and direct message data — only the specific content needed to execute the automation
rules you configure. We never read or store private messages beyond what is necessary to
deliver your chosen automation.
Usage and technical data
- Automation execution logs (which rules ran, when, and their outcome).
- Device type, browser type, and IP address for security and analytics purposes.
Payment information
- We use a third-party payment processor. We do not store your full card number or
banking details on our servers.
How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect solely to:
- Create and manage your Pocketnori account.
- Execute the Instagram automations you configure within the Service.
- Send you transactional emails (account updates, subscription notices, support replies).
- Improve the reliability and performance of the Service.
- Comply with legal obligations.
We do not use your data for advertising targeting, we do not build profiles for sale, and we
do not share your data with third parties for their marketing purposes.
We Do Not Sell Your Data

behalf. Your data is subject to Meta's own privacy policy for any information exchanged
through their platform.
- Legal requirements: If required to comply with a law, regulation, or

Data Retention
We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to
provide the Service. If you cancel your account, we delete your personal data within 30 days,
except where retention is required by law.

transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
